The room and hallways needed to be cleaner, especially the room (nose goblin on the bathroom wall, candy wrapper in the floor by the headboard), but Cyndi at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous breakfast!!!!! It is worth staying just for the breakfast. But it is also a lovely, quiet, recently renovated hotel centrally located. Room is extremely spacious. Decor is bright, cheery and of good quality.

I Have No Complaints The Front Desk Staff Was Very Accommodating & Incredible Even The Housekeeping Were Exceptional.I Was Also Given The Option Of Which Floor I Preferred To Stay & I Chose The 2nd Floor. It Was So Peaceful And Clean. I Would 100 Percent Recommend & I Told My Boyfriend When I Visit Again I Would Stay At The Here Again Even The Price For My 5 Night Stay Was Good. My Only Issue Is The Laundry Room Should Stay Open A Little Later But Overall Im GRATEFUL And Enjoyed My Stay.

Excellent stay! The hotel and the staff are amazing. The breakfast is delicious first class quality food. The room is big with high ceiling and good mattress.

After the 1st night i went downstairs to desk and requested to switch rooms due to matress looking and feeling 20 years old. The next morning they moved me to a new room, but mayress wasn't any better. It was so uncomfortable that i booked a three night stay but left after night two. Breakfast was not that great either as it had no flavor. This hotel needs an update. Guess you get what you paid for. Stay at own risk.

Everything was exceptional. The gentleman working who checked us in was wonderful, same one who checked us out.
Room was nice and comfortable. Only one issue, The tub looked a little dirty. We didn’t have plans on using it, so it was not too big of a deal.’
Food for breakfast was nice. My husband had an issue with the coffee maker and one of the coffee choices had all water coming out. The front desk older lady was behind him when he went to empty it out. Not sure she knew what he was doing at first but gave him a look, so my husband explained what happened and then she said to him “Well you have to let the Breakfast Attendant know. He told her that he already did. I think her tone/approach came off a bit cold. At first we thought she was giving him a look because she thought he was just wasting coffee.
She appeared to be watching him every time he got up to go get coffee or get one for me. It just felt a little weird like she was the coffee police.
Other than that, everything was exceptionally great.

The last time I was here, I complained about the ********* Snell in the hotel rooms.
That issue was solved!!
I had a great stay.
Breakfast is good.
Front desk Marko was very helpful and kind.
